  • Each session is 50 min and weekly sessions are recommended to provide you with consistency, which will help promote progress towards your goals. Sessions are available in person and virtually.

    In individual sessions we will work collaboratively and through a holistic lens to improve your well being, rather than just looking at symptoms. We will explore your relationships and how you can improve them, and the larger systems you are a part of and how they affect you. We will work together to bring you more awareness, improve coping strategies and communication strategies and guide you toward a more authentic you and a more fulfilling life.

    Adolescence can be a time of change and transition during which therapy can be a supportive space. We will work to identify potential stressors, build coping skills for managing emotions and stress, and when appropriate, build understanding and communication between parent and child.

    Child therapy can be helpful for children struggling with a change or loss and we will work together, parents, kid and therapist to help the child to process and express their feelings and help parents understand how to best support them. Children struggling with anxiety or managing emotions may also benefit from therapy and we will explore coping skills for managing emotions and stress.

    In couple and family therapy we will focus on exploring the dynamics in the relationship, and as we discover patterns that are no longer working, we will collaborate on other ways to meet each others’ needs, deepen understanding and improve communication.
